Residence Permits for Investors

The Immigration and Social Integration Code (Law 4251/2014, Government Gazette 1, no 80) contains provisions that facilitate permanent residency for third-country investors whose investments can be characterized as strategic.

The Code also allows the granting of residence permits to third-country nationals who purchase real estate in Greece of a value in excess of € 250,000, and to members of their families.
